they can't manage them so they promote them, that's what I find CONSTANTLY. Whereas the high performance are too precious to be promoted as the work will fail. see it all the time, they push the good ones to look elsewhere

Our office’s weak link is someone who used to have the same position and salary as me. Because of poor performance — like sleeping during work hours and being slow with tasks — he was moved to the barista role. He still gets renewed, though, mainly because his mother worked here for decades and his godmother is the director. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀

Look manager here. We need underperformers same as highperformers. Often highperformers have double salary of underperformers. But we cant tell you. Just ask more and watch your job. Ignore others. Job done get home and repeat. Let babysit for us 😏✌
