Down from 340 to 175. All I can say is, you won't be able to see or feel the difference from day to day. You WILL have bad days or even weeks but consistency is key, the weigh WILL come off. It's strictly calories in vs calories out. Stair steppers and walking inclines are the best cardio by far since you can do them longer than running/biking. Just stick with it and you got it, rooting for you buddy

How are your knees holding up on it? I’m not asking to be mean. I’m overweight too. I don’t care much about weight loss specifically but I want to keep my numbers down since diabetes runs in my family. I’m not diabetic but found out I’m pre so I want to get some more exercise in other than just walking a lot. Unfortunately my right knee is weak due to an injury I got in my early twenties. Anything too stressful on my knees isn’t great.
