The War Doctor has peak stories. I love the one where he fights the Barber Surgeon, and the four John Hurt sets were peak. Though, I think Big Finish hasn’t really shown him doing terrible things and that kind of stuff (I haven’t heard his newer audios yet, so I don’t know if he comes across as more ruthless there).
