Advice: slow down when filming. I got so dizzy multiple times and struggled to keep up with your talking which was just as fast as the camera movements. Allow moments for pause and reflection for features you mention or rooms you are discussing. Love the positivity you have though.

There are some cool things here but the entire interior needs a full restoration to get away from the outdated gray. And it’s on an absolute nightmare of a street w/constant traffic/traffic jams. Honestly hard to imagine this finds a buyer

Was that a gravel filled in pool in the back 😢 so much grey and blinding white. I wish people would restore back to original wood instead of painting over. It makes it so cold.

This is a home that is in the historic district and they have to maintain its integrity to the original home; windows, architecture on the outside.

Such a cool house. They did a good job on the renovation, but I would have loved to see more historic details. Capitol Hill is a great area - Memory Grove is such a gem, but being directly on state could be hard at different times of the year.
