Drop Sets on the Angled Leg Press. 1st set- 450 lbs- 4 reps 2nd set- 360 lbs- 5 reps 3rd set- 270 lbs- 6 reps 4th set- 180 lbs- 10 reps 5th set- 90 lbs- 15 reps You'll see my wife try to jump in at my last set. haha. She wasn't paying attention to what I was doing and wanted to hit the 90 lbs for her last set. She did after I hit mine.
