I’m 5’3 (167 lbs vs 134 lbs) PROUD OF HOW FAR IVE COME 🥹💖💖💖 from all the challenges I’ve done, discipline I’ve gained, consistency I’ve kept, it’s been so worth it and I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything. good things take time. be patient. give it your all. wake up and be the best version of yourself. I HOPE THIS MOTIVATES YOU ALL TO KEEP GOINGGGGGGG!!!!!👑🙏 Everything I did summerized: Nov–Dec 2024: I started with the basics—10,000 steps a day and staying in a calorie deficit. Jan–Apr 2025: I pushed myself further with a 20,000 steps-a-day challenge, still in a calorie deficit, which helped me build consistency and discipline. May–Aug 2025: I committed to a 45-day incline walking challenge (12 incline at 3.0 speed or 15 incline at 2.9 for one hour daily). In July, I added CorePower Yoga classes to my routine, and I truly believe this was the cherry on top for toning my body and building strength. Throughout this time, I focused on little to no processed sugar, prioritizing protein and fiber in every meal, and making sure I was always in a calorie deficit (this is key for weight loss, if you’re curious about your stats, look up a TDEE calculator online). Sleep was non-negotiable, averaging 7–8 hours a night. I’ve also been gluten free for about four years, which has been a consistent part of my lifestyle. Moving forward, I’ll be continuing with 30 minutes of incline walking, yoga, keeping my nutrition protein and fiber focused, and staying consistent with sleep and recovery💖💖🤍🤍🤍 #fyp #fitnesstransformation #Fitness #inclinewalking #motivation #fitnessmotivation #dailymotivation
