That sounds exactly like my ex husband. He always said negative things, jokes, and he was always the best. I was also embarrassed bringing him around ppl. Of course he wasn’t like this at first, but love bombing of course. I’d never had a relationship like that before. I’m so much happier now. I have peace, wake up not feeling hopeless or walking on eggshells. Not crying every single day all by myself, feeling this gut wrenching pain in my heart while he sleeps soundly next to me. Yeah nope! I would never wish him well, and I’m ok w that. 😁

This post is you trying to convince yourself to leave him….and you should always trust your gut. No one deserves to be treated that way. Maybe plan things for just you and the friends, like a fun girls day so you can get out of the house and form a stronger bond with them.
