Been there , it’s tough but if you meditate on it with perseverance, it will eventually disappear 🫥. And seeing them again will make you realize how strong you are because the other person will always be the same. However you are free and has closed the door in your brain and heart 💓

its easier said than done, i don"t feel the need to forgive , i am happy with that, no anger, no resentment , no hurting, i just moved on without forgiving them, i don't want to have a relationship with them . they don't exist in my life and mind.

Sorry I don't agree. I did everything for her selflessly... that was me being selfish... just to see her happy and maje sure she was safe and comfortable. So now I will NEVER forgive her. I shall wait to see how she faces on!

Sorry, I disagree to it. I can still move on in life without forgiving nor forgetting. Maybe it’s not for everyone. What is there to forgive if the person/people are not even mindful of what they did to hurt in the first place.
