Recently I’ve been getting comments like this... so I think it’s a great time for story time. Here’s what most people don’t know 👇 👶 I held onto the baby weight for a solid year after both pregnancies.
🤱 I gained weight because of breastfeeding.
⚖️ I gained 50 lbs during both pregnancies.
✂️ I had two c-sections.
🙅‍♀️ And nope — the weight didn’t just fall off because of my job. Yes, I eventually lost it.
But it took being consistent with TRIM. And truthfully? After my first baby, I was embarrassed that my clients were losing the weight faster than I was. Then I’d see other trainers with a 6-pack six weeks postpartum and get more embarrassed. After my second baby, something happened where I just didn’t care if it was going slower (probably the Zoloft 🙌🏻). 
I just focused on carb cycling and progressively lifting more weight every 4–6 weeks. A big misconception is that my workouts are different than what TRIM clients get. 
But the truth is — I do the workouts, and then I put them in TRIM for my clients. Everything I do, I give our clients. And if you’ve done my On Demand workouts, you know I struggle right alongside you all during those 😜. ❌ It’s not genetics.
❌ It’s not my job.
✅ It’s consistency. The results I have now came from showing up — not being perfect. 
And I never gave up my pizza, desserts, or enjoying a glass of wine 🍕🍰🍷. So if you’ve ever thought,
