A healthy nighttime snack can help, but try to avoid spicy food before bed-trust me. • Exercise: Regular exercise boosts your mood, energizes you, and keeps your body in check. • Eat well: Balance is key. Stay hydrated and include omega-3-rich foods in your meals. Your body and brain will thank you. • Take breaks: Step away now and then. Clear your head, stretch, laugh, cry, get creative, or just chill. It's all about keeping your sanity. • Maintain your social life: Don't let work or other stressors consume your social life. Make time to connect with friends, family regularly. • Set boundaries: Learn to say no and set limits. It's okay to let people know what works for you and what doesn't. • Take time off: Unplug and recharge whenever you can. Take that PTO if your job offers it. Use it unapologetically to unwind and come back refreshed. • Practice mindfulness: Keep stress in check and stay focused by practicing mindfulness.
