I can wear heals all day and night and my feet love it. Wore a pair of flats for an hour and get the worst foot pain, knots and toe twisting possible 😕

My ankles can look at a crack in the sidewalk and roll. Sometimes it subluxes and hurts for a split second and the secondary relief of it going back into place like it was stuck beforehand 💜🔥

when I was little I would pretend to be a ballerina, curl my toes and walk on the knuckles of my feet and my mom would be sooo weirded out that I could do that 😅

OMFG THE FAT BUMPS ON THE ANKLES!🤦♀️I remember hearing about it, then looking down at my feet like "nope, all clear." Just checked again WHILE STANDING and sure enough there it is. Didn't know it was a pressure thing😭

I’ve been able to sublux my ankles since I was a child. I always thought it was just weak ankles but as an adult I realize I’ve been hypermobile my entire life

my ankle got so bad and Id had so many failed surgeries to re-construct my ligaments and tendons that I needed to have it fused, I also need a mid-foot fusion next year 😭

My ankles are weak. My feet are too flexible, but I have high arches.. as a kid I couldn’t wear figure skates I had to wear a hockey skates because I used to buckle at the ankles🤦♀️. why couldn’t they save all of us this heartache and diagnosis us as kids
