If you get a glass of hot water and you put the press on like in the glass and you hold it then it will help to stretch them without breaking them it will at least go up a half size if not more just don’t press to hard🥰

If your nails don’t fit, just use a hairdryer on them it melts them enough to where it can adjust to your nails, I do it all the time when they’re too small and it works perfect
