Honestly, how did you train/what did you do to maintain a low heart rate? I’ve been running 6 months, but I still average a 170/180bpm even at a 12/13 place 😭

I’ve never had a negative split and I cannot comprehend how you get faster as you go further!! 😮💨 (my distance PR is only 4 miles so far though! Lol)

Perfect splits 🤌🏽 my long run is currently 7.5 miles and I feel like death afterwards! Like it takes me 2 days to recover. Starting to think I’ll never make it to Double digits!😭 but really hoping to run a half marathon in spring
