Ok I have to try this! My family and I always go for a lemon cake over any other flavours. I make a lemon drizzle cake that my family go nuts over, which is practically the same ingredients as this one! 😋

If you’d like to add some extra lemony tang to the streusel, and a tsp or so of Fruit Fresh (with canning supplies). It’s just citric and ascorbic acids. Makes lemon glaze pucker-y good too
