Time to start feeling motivated again. The reason why your motivation is so low is because you need real wins. What are real wins? Something physical: completing a workout, or enjoying some physical activity Something nourishing: hydrate, or eat a healthy meal Something productive: this could be as simple as making your bed, or you could start your to-do list for the day. Time to start feeling motivated again.

18-year-old Sunny Jone Sramek disappeared from Trenton, Nebraska, on April 20, 2019. She left with a male acquaintance, Floyd Clifford "Cliff" Coates Jr., in a white 2004 Ford Explorer with Iowa license plate HGJ341. The vehicle was distinctive, with a black rim on the back passenger side wheel. They were reportedly headed to Omaha, Nebraska — about 300 miles away — to pick up Coates’s niece. At 12:45 p.m., Sramek called her mother from a borrowed phone in Holdrege, Nebraska. She sounded normal and didn’t indicate anything was wrong. That was the last time her family ever heard from her. Coates has given conflicting stories about what happened next. In one version, he claimed they went to the Prairie Flower Casino in Carter Lake, Iowa, between 9:00 p.m. and midnight. Because Sramek was underage, she stayed outside while he went in. When he returned, she was gone. He said he looked briefly for her, then drove away — without notifying police or anyone else. Later, Coates gave a different account, saying Sramek vanished at a gas station in Omaha. He claimed he went inside to pay for fuel, and when he returned, she was gone. As with his other story, he again left without contacting authorities. Coates has an extensive criminal record across Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska, including convictions for drugs, weapons charges, theft, false imprisonment, and battery. In May 2024, he and another man, Dennis Lawson, were charged with evidence tampering and witness intimidation. Coates was also indicted on numerous weapons and drug trafficking charges after investigators found a handgun, loaded magazines, and ammunition in his home and vehicles. Court records do not explicitly connect these new charges to Sramek’s disappearance, but her family strongly believes she met with foul play. When she vanished, Sramek lived with her mother and worked toward her GED. She was separated from her husband, who is not considered a suspect in her case. Despite searches and ongoing investigations, Sunny Jone Sramek has never been found. #MissingPersons #JusticeForSunny #UnsolvedMysteries #TrueCrimeCommunity #ColdCaseInvestigation #Disappearance #TrueCrimeFiles #BringThemHome #CrimeWatch #UnsolvedCases
