Making it perfect for any fitness goal🥰 I’ve said it (more than) once and I’ll say it again: reaching your goals doesn’t have to suck!! Small swaps to your favorites go a long way RECIPE👇🏼 - finely dice 1/2 cup artichoke hearts (about half a can) & thaw, dice, and strain 1/2 cup frozen spinach (or wilt 1-2 cups fresh spinach on stove) - mix in a baking safe dish with 1/4 cup BLENDED lowfat cottage cheese (good culture if my fav), 1/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt (use a thick one like Fage), 1 tbsp Parmesan, 2 tbsp lowfat mozzarella, and salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste (about 1-2-1 tsp each) - top with another 2 tbsp lowfat mozzarella, and bake at 350°F for 20-25 until golden - serve!! Bonus: I cut up and bake carb balance tortillas for macro friendly chips here! Enjoy!!
