He was the one of the 4 founding try guys who oversaw HR, which made it even worse. They had to get external HR to do an investigation iirc and that’s part of why he got kicked out. Like it wasn’t just about the cheating (while making his brand being a wife guy) it was that it was with an employee and he was supposed to be the head of HR.
