So, I’m not a professional. But I think you have to use the cuppy cups for dry ingredients and the pourer cup for liquids

I bake a lot, flour should be spooned into a dry measuring cup and swiped off with a butter knife for accuracy. Hope this helps Tay!

I don't know if this has anything to do with anything, but I was always taught that the measuring cup you used was for liquid measurements and you need to use the metal or plastic measuring cups for dry ingredients.
