With my job....critical labs/Radiology show up..... however I do create a boundary with my patients if you're late your visit get canceled. That will cause longer work hours. Many patients are not considerate of time and expect immediate answers 🤦🏾♀

I work over 7-10 hours a week, not because work isn’t managed. VA systems are short staffed, and I don’t have the help. I have to help my worker through the day and my work after hours.
