so I believe Michael is a woman in the Bible. Addallee I believe had a very difficult birth/early medical issues so they wanted to double the letters for a second chance at life. I could be wrong, but I believe thats what I remember the mom saying

Warden Justice bates reminds me of when my sister wanted to name my nephew Ryker. I spoke without thinking and was like “like the prison?” And she was like “no one else would know that”. A day later she was talking to her neighbor and mentioned the names they were talking about and her neighbor said “Ryker? Like where Eliot and Olivia send people for vicious crimes” 😭🤣😭 my nephews name is Gage. Thank god.

Judson is a real old-fashioned name. there's a small town in Minnesota named Judson. one of the famous Hutchinson family singers was also named Judson.

They actually named Michael after a lady in the Bible named Michael. They just liked the name and it was biblical . However, after looking into that person in the Bible, they didn’t like her character. They wanted to change her name and if you added a letter, it didn’t cost any money. So they went with Michael.

it's pronounced "Michael-la". Addalee's name was spelled that way because she went into cardiac arrest days after her birth and so her dad wanted to give her double letters and her name as a reminder that life is precious and she was blessed for the second chance at life.

Apparently, Michael, they thought she was going to be a boy and they didn’t really have a girl name picked out that they like better so they named her Michael and they just call her Michaella (pronounced Michael-la not like Mikayla )

Addalee was spelt like that due to dying when she was born and being resuscitated. The double letters were representing her second chance (not that I think that name look good) but it’s got a meaning. She’s now deaf and uses sign and hearing aids due to it
