its better for the sleep development to use a red light on the white noise machine and use pink noise. I use the red light and my baby sleeps through the night. hope this helps.

Hey mama! Sleep consultant here. You’re doing an amazing job! Some tips to help you along. Try whole sleep training to keep the bedtime consistent. At his age between 7-8 is an optimal bedtime, life happens but while training specifically you might see more success with that consistent bedtime and waking him up at a consistent time everyday (7 am)!
