Yes! I run at 4:30am and for runs under 5 miles I don’t bother eating before. I feel better. But people want to tell me I’m going to gain weight doing this… I’ve lost 60lbs btw 😂😅

I train in the morning before work. I like to sip on 30g of dextrose with electrolytes during and then a whole food meal after. I get the energy i need and it's easy on my gut for training.
