@chefalextrim: Tender Braised Beef with Parmesan Polenta 3lbs chuck roast or other braising beef 1 cup dry white wine 1 jar pepper parm @SAUZ 4 cups chicken stock 2 cups polenta 4 cups chicken stock 2 cups milk 1Tbsp salt 1 cup grated Parmesan 6Tbsp butter -Season beef on all sides with salt and pepper -Sear beef all over and remove from pan. Deglaze with wine. -Add sauz, and chicken stock, stir well -Add beef to pan, bring to the simmer and cover. -Cook in the oven at 325f for 2.5-3 hours -Heat milk and chicken stock, once at a low boil add in the polenta and stir -Cook while stirring over low heat for 20 minutes until thickened -Turn off heat, mix in salt, Parmesan, and butter. -When beef comes out of the oven check the consistency of the sauce. If too thin remove a little and thicken in a separate pan. -Enjoy #food #Foodie #foodies #Recipe #recipes
