Salam, please pray for me and diagnose me, I want to talk about something that happened back in late august. I woke up in the middle of the night to loud breathing noises and Astaghfirullah, I don’t wanna assume things and I feel ashamed to say this but I think I may or may not have heard my parents..Ever since that moment it’s like I have expierenced trauma because every night I suddenly hear the same noises and wake up in the middle of the night, sometimes even multiple times. I can’t sleep normally anymore and this has been an ongoing problem for like a month now. Feel free to give me advice because I am really in a need for it rn..May Allah SWT make it easier for us InshAllah. Ameen.
