@emijuju: cheesy garlic monkey bread dough: 1 cup (125g) ap flour 3/4 tsp (2g) instant yeast (or active) 1/2 tsp (2g) sugar 1/2 tsp (3g) salt 6 tbsp (90g) whole milk, warm 1/2 tbsp (7g) unsalted butter, melted *to the warm milk, add in the yeast and sugar, mix a bit then let it rest a few minutes. if using active yeast, wait a bit longer. start over if it doesnt bloom. add in the melted butter, salt, and flour. mix until combined and then knead for about 7-10 minutes. place back in bowl and let rise in a warm place for about an hour or until doubled in size. once dough has risen, divide the dough up into small 1 inch balls. cheesy garlic mix: ~2 tsp garlic (3-4 cloves), minced 3/4 cup (85g) mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup (55g) monterey jack cheese 2 tbsp (12g) parmesan cheese, grated 1 tbsp (2g) parsley 1/2 tsp (0.5g) oregano *grate the cheeses and add to a bowl. add the minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. make sure this is mixed well. portion about a cup of the cheese mixture and place in the bottom of the 9x5 baking pan. roll the 1 inch dough balls into the cheese mixture and place into the pan. let this rise again for about 30-45 min. bake at 350 for 30-35 min or until its golden brown on top. @Level Unlocked #LUPartner
