I did eat pineapples for 3 days at 39weeks and did some squats. It did induce labor though everyone's different.

nah why'd this come up after i ate some tinned pineapple and drank the juice 🤣note though there isn't alot of research to say eating pineapple induces/bring on labor but can help soften the cervix ALTHOUGH you'd have to eat a shiton of it to work you'd probably feel sick in the stomach/acid reflux before the point AND apparently you're meant to eat the core ( just by what I've heard/read/seen and researched myself not saying this 100% accurare)
