Chicken Caesar Salad Soup. Smash 👍🏻 or Pass 👎🏻 RECIPE 1 pound of chopped bacon 1 diced onion 5 cloves of garlic 1 large russet potato 4 cups chicken stock 2 cups heavy cream 1/4 cup chopped anchovies 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese Juice of a lemon 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce 1 cup croutons 4 large chicken tenders 1 tbsp garlic powder Fry the bacon in a large soup pot, then extract the bacon and leave the grease. Add the onions garlic and potatoes and saute for about 5 minutes just until the onions are softened Add the chicken stock and season with a generous amount of salt and pepper Simmer for about 10 minutes Chop up the anchovies, and grated the parmesan cheese Add it to the soup and using a hand blender or regular blender, puree the soup until its a smooth consistency Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and grill on both sides for about 3 minutes aside. Then chop it up Add the soup base to a bowl, place the lettuce on top, followed by the croutons, chicken, chopped bacon and some more parmesan cheese. Hit it with some lemon juice and enjoy
