✨Ingredients✨ These are such a fun snack, not mention packed with healthy fats, fiber and protein! You’ll need: 1/2 cup cashews 1/2 cup pistachios 1/2 cup almonds 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup pure maple syrup optional for topping: melted dark chocolate, flaky salt, bee pollen 1. Mix together the cashews, pistachios, almonds, pumpkin seeds and maple syrup in a bowl until well-combined. 2. Transfer the mixture by the spoonful to a muffin pan (greased with coconut oil to prevent sticking). Be sure to pack each mixture down tight. 3. Bake in the oven at 350F for about 25-30 minutes. 4. Let cool completely (otherwise they will fall apart). 5. Drizzle melted chocolate on top. 6. Sprinkle with flaky salt or bee pollen and enjoy!
