Please for the love of whatever god might exist do research on canning and do not listen to the people on this app. You cannot use a vacuum sealer for anything except dry goods. Low acid foods (like meat) need to be pressure canned and if you don’t know all the rules then you need to follow a tested recipe.

why would you need to marinate in a vacuum sealed jar? this is not going to preserve anything even if you for some reason are compelled to marinate something for more than a day.
