@loungeguru: Can you keep those Airlines Headphones? The short answer: it depends. Most airlines expect you to leave them onboard, and clearly say so on the packaging. In some cases economy headsets are discarded, so you might be allowed to take those. Premium cabin headphones are different. Emirates First Class, for example, provides Bowers & Wilkins E1 sets, but there is no official policy that you can keep them. Still, it never hurts to ask the crew. Sometimes they do say yes depending on their policy. I’ve tried some of the best inflight headphones in the world, including Bose, Bang & Olufsen, and Bowers & Wilkins.
