How hard must it have been? That's why we have to sustain our lives. Pain is a daily routine, so I'm very tired. If I knew that everything had an end, it wouldn't feel this long, but it's really hard. I have lost a lot of things after being diagnosed with CRPS type 1, a rare incurable disease, but I have gained a lot. So I promise every day. I work hard today and do a good job. I praise myself. It's good for others to acknowledge it, but praising myself seems to improve the quality of life. You did a great job today, and you did a good job.
