As a heart patient I can say that my wrist blood pressure machine is just as good as my arm one. And yes I have shown it to my cardiologist, and even they said it was pretty accurate.

Blood pressure isn’t actuate with these and there’s no way it can measure your blood sugar without actually poking you to get blood sample.
