This is what we eat on “pancake Tuesday” in the UK-traditionally with lemon and sugar but all sorts of other toppings. One of my favourite comfort foods 🥰

i have a teenage son and a pre teen son and they will love this. right now i just do 1 c pancake mix, 1.25 c milk, 1 egg and it works great too
