Tonight I got Chinese and had sautéed vegetables with tofu and rice. Like…actual vegetables… broccoli, carrots, onions, cabbage, snow peas… We may not have “authentic” Chinese in America, but it’s way more authentic than whatever this is.

salt and pepper flavored? genuine question is salt and pepper not like base level seasoning in the uk? where im from something with just salt and pepper isn't even considered seasoned so im very confused if you mean maybe like a spicy pepper like jalapeño when you say salt and pepper flavored or just regular black pepper from peppercorns.
