It’s actually interesting so many people can’t discern that even if taxes are a bit higher they get significantly more for their tax dollars than we do. And we also have a higher overall tax liability if you factor in all the fees for essentially everything we pay for. Add your health insurance premiums, deductibles, and copays as well.

I lived there for two years and it's not really that bad. it's like the US but they give you a health card and your employer usually offers supplemental insurance to cover things not covered by universal healthcare
