Shea butter for me. It's the only thing that doesn't irritate my meno rosacea and can be used all over. Also for that, Rosealique redness corrector is so soothing under make up.

O’Keefe working hands cream. Not pretty but so effective. Hypoclorus spray after cleansing for my face and neck but I also use it for my armpits before deodorant. Calms the skin and helps with the sweating. No idea why.

Great share. You’re so right the menopause can make us feel a bit shitty and finding products that help us feel more balanced are essential. I have used Wild Yam Cream for a year and i feel so much more balanced. I use Castor Oil on my skin and I have a shower filter to keep my skin comfortable. And I drink 3 litres of water a day to stay hydrated.
