Recipe makes around 10 dumplings Flour mix: 1 packet of premade bánh giò Flour 1 box of chicken broth 2 tbsp of olive oil Mix until everything is dissolved Cook on LOW heat until it looks likes like a paste Pork filling: -1lb Pork -Green onion -white onion -Woodward mushroom -shallots -fish sauce -sugar -chicken bouillon -black pepper -msg (optional) -Fried shallots Stir fry until cooked through. Season and adjust to your taste Additional: Quail eggs Nuoc Cham sauce Fried Shallots Blanch your banana leaves in boiling water for 10-15 seconds. Shape into a cone. Add flour paste, pork mixture, and 2 quail eggs into your cone. Steam on med high heat for 15-18 mins. Once it’s done, let it sit for 10 mins to cook before eating.
