to answer your later question. I can tell you as someone who has family that has lived in warzones. people still have to live their lives. we still throw birthday parties. we still go out and shop for groceries. it's actually kind of surprising how much people will crave for normalcy even when you're surrounded by nothing normal.

Its hilarious how American left is all about morality and against gun violence until the person killed is someone they dont like. Then it's "well it depends on circumstances". If your morality depends on who's the victim then you aren't moral.

it's not dishonest at all, it's very consistent to condemn gun violence regardless of who the victim is. I don't think hate speech justifies murder, nor does anything besides self defence imo

like I disagree strongly with his opinions, like very strongly, I believe very much he was an awful person, it I can't see why he deserved to die for the actions he took, I won't mourn his death, or empathise for him, but this point sounds like you are saying he deserves to die, which honestly if that's the case (hopefully I misunderstood and it isn't) that's disappointing from someone I previously saw as very loving and well formed in opinion

It’s not a dishonest question. What’s dishonest is the assumption that expressing a political opinion and violence are entirely separable. Most people haven’t got there yet, so they aren’t necessarily lying.
