our doctors are always fully booked but no one is in the waiting room. I remember the days you just turned up and got seen. 1 doctor at practice

I work in a GP surgery. The abuse is disgusting. Can't wait for the day we need to pay for an appointment! I'll maybe get one at my own surgery lol. it'll cut out the people who demand an appointment EVERY single day!!!

I work in a GP surgery with 18,500 patients, there is never enough appointments for patients, surgeries are underfunded by the government so it's not our fault, but us receptionists get the brunt of all complaints and it's not our fault, we are human beings as well so pls be nice.

The waiting rooms are empty. All GPs should be ashamed of themselves. It’s not about what NHS decide. You doctors are human with a conscience. My neighbour is a receptionist & I don’t want her knowing my health business

I have no issues giving a brief description of my medical issues to the receptionist she/he is not asking to be nosey it's to better place u with a nurse or Dr. I don't get people's problem tbh.

This is still a failure of service. As a teacher, if I said to a parent “I’ll teach your child in about three weeks but in the meantime, read this leaflet and talk to an unqualified person” I would be ripped to shreds.

I got removed from a doctors call list by a receptionist recently. 111 had added me as I had a UTI, receptionist also told me I could wait up to a week for antibiotics. They have too much say.
