FYI, because of some of the default settings in windows this can happen if you do shutdown instead of restart. There’s a chance that the user has been doing shutdown and turning the computer back on which retains the uptime because it reloads/restores the desktop to some degree unless you disable that behavior.

Longest I ever had my computer on for was about a week, I think it was trying to do some updates and general use. It was slowing sown considerably by day seven and I finally checked task manager.

Yeah, I'm surprised you guys don't see that more often. I used to do 1-on-1 training for every arriving and departing employees. Sometimes the computer just kind of chugs along or this guy just never celreates a ticket and just complains to everyone
