S#o many of you have asked me for this recipe and the link to order the Skillet and meal prep containers. Here ya go: Link for Skillet - https://amzn.to/4nXKdAh Meal Prep Containers - https://amzn.to/3IifrmA Recipe: (1) 14.5-16 oz box of pasta (I used the Barilla Protein+ Penne pasta (but I think the Kaizen Even Fewer Carb Fusilli would be a better choice) https://amzn.to/4gGWxlU 1 lb of ground turkey or turkey sausage 2 cups of roughly chopped spinach 1/2 of a medium onion diced 3 minced garlic cloves (1) 14.5oz can of diced tomatoes (I used the garlic, oregano, and basil) (1) 8oz can of tomato sauce 3/4 cup of water 1 tsp of oregano 1 tsp of onion powder 2 tsp of garlic powder 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar salt and pepper to taste Optional Toppings -parmesan cheese crushed/hot pepper flakes 1.) Fill a large pot with water on the stove at medium high heat. 2.) Heat another large pot on medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, onion, garlic, and ground turkey. Stir and break up the meat periodically. 3.) Once the meat has browned, no more pink, drain any of the excess fat. 4.) Add all of your seasonings + give it all a good stir. Add in your diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water. Stir and once it starts to boil. Put the lid on and let it simmer for 10 mins. 5.) Add your pasta to your boil pot of water. Follow box instructions. Drain, rinse, and set it to the side. 6.) Add your spinach to your turkey tomato mixture. Mix thoroughly, put the lid back on and let it simmer for another 10 mins. 7.) Add Worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar. Stir. Add in your pasta. Mix it all together. 8.) Ready to serve. Top it with optional parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. 9.)
