READ HERE ⬇️ You don’t actually have a motivation problem. What you’re feeling is exam overload, too many notes, topics, and chapters competing for your attention. You sit down to study, open your notebook, and suddenly remember five other things you still haven’t revised. It’s overwhelming, and your brain just wants to shut down. It’s not that you don’t want to study. It’s that your mind is scattered across all the exam stuff you need to get through and that makes starting the hardest part. Save this for when you’re drowning in exam stuff and don’t know where to start. 📚 1️⃣ The Brain Dump Write down everything you can remember(topic, tasks,chapters..) You don’t need to capture every single detail. Overthinkers often get stuck thinking they’ll forget something important, but that’s okay. The goal is just to get your thoughts out of your head. Once it’s on paper, highlight what’s most urgent and tackle one small piece at a time. 2️⃣ The 1-3-5 Rule Not everything needs to be done today. Pick 1 big topic, 3 medium ones, and 5 small review tasks. This gives structure to chaos and helps you make real progress without burning out. 3️⃣ The “One Hour Focus” Instead of switching subjects every few minutes, commit one full hour to just one topic. No multitasking. Depth beats speed when you’re overloaded. 4️⃣ The Active Recall Sprint Stop rereading your notes. Quiz yourself instead. Ask, write, recall, repeat. It saves hours and helps the information stick when time is short. 5️⃣ The Study Map Use a visual layout. Draw boxes or lists connecting key topics. When you can see what’s left, it feels more doable. Visual order calms mental chaos. 6️⃣ The Reset Break When your brain hits a wall, don’t push harder. Take a 10-minute reset: cold water on your face, step outside, breathe. Then come back fresh. 7️⃣ The Night-before Ritual Review light, don’t overload, and go to bed early. Before sleeping, quickly bring up key points in your mind. Your brain consolidates this information while you rest, making memorization much stronger. You’ve got this. 💫
