I work in the post office and I can say 98% of the time it’s the plant where things are shipped through. I always feel bad when people photos or diplomas come bent 😬 the other 2% is because I have the aim of a cabbage and miss the slot, I’m sorry. 😞

I ordered a gift off Etsy for my sister and it was shipped through USPS. They delivered the package completely ripped open, like on every side it was cut. Luckily somehow her gift was still in there (although fallen out of the package in the mailbox) and unharmed
