@seeshots: I made a spontaneous day trip to Oslo the capital of Norway. Such a peaceful city and a welcoming relaxed society. I felt that one day enough for the city as the main drawcard of Norway is definitely the countryside not so much the cities. Tried some interesting foods unique to Norway, and also could not miss some good coffee. It’s one of my favourite places in the world for coffee. Best of all I also got to hang out with a friend of mine @radicmateo and catch up after many years. Trust me everyone, do not AND I REPEAT DO NOT book more than two-three days in Oslo. As a Oslo-resident the city is really small and there’s not much to see or do except for visiting our museums. It’s pretty boring in comparison to other cities in Scandinavia and northern-Europe

I love walking oslo. All the way past the royal palace (lovely and peaceful) uphill for another 1/2hr was good. water front was meh but up along akerselva “river was nice. Lovely city.
