Have you heard of noodle tteokbokki? It’s the same as regular rice cakes, but in noodle form! You can make it with either bread flour or the traditional way using rice flour, potato starch, and sweet rice flour! Ingredients: 1 cup tteokbokki noodles (homemade or premade) ½ cup rice or glass noodles (cooked per packet) 2 tbsp oil 4 cloves garlic, sliced 1 medium onion, diced 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp Buldak sauce 1 tsp gochujang 1 cup cream 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp rice syrup Mozzarella cheese (optional) Salt to taste Homemade Tteokbokki recipe:  ½ cup white or brown rice flour ½ cup sweet rice flour ¼ cup potato starch  ½ teaspoon  salt  ¾ cup hot water  In a bowl, combine rice flour, potato starch, and sea salt. Gradually add hot water, stirring continuously to form a dough. Knead the dough until smooth. Shape the dough into long noodles or tteokbokki shapes. Then, shape the dough and make sure to boil the tteokbokki pieces for 3-5 minutes, or until they float. Once boiled, transfer them to cold water to stop the cooking process.
