Reports state that Miller got into a verbal altercation with a 16-year-old classmate. During the argument, she allegedly reached into her backpack, pulled out a brick, and threw it in the student’s direction. Fortunately, the brick did not make contact, and no injuries were reported. Authorities charged Miller with simple assault. She was later booked into the Charles B. Webster Detention Center, where her bond was set at $1,300.
