I’m a MASSIVE Space Wolves fan but also a realist. The Khan would cook most Primarchs, Russ included. Sure the Wolf King is shockingly smart and capable, the Khan is damn near Goku level of limit breaking and his speed alone gives him the leg up against really ANY Primarch that wasn’t possessed

One thing you didn't touch on that I think would come into play is the Khan's ability to goad his opponents. The Khan would spend most of the fight trying to tilt Russ and goad him into a bad move and use his speed to take advantage. If the winning blow doesn't come from one of these moments, the mental game the Khan plays will absolutely push Russ to his limits.

I also feel like most fights we see with Leman its always the writing that defeats him and when he was brawling with the Lion he wasnt even losing but he stopped himself from fighting. I also wouldn’t say he was fighting 100% against Angro as he was intentionally losing ground and not fighting like how he did agaisnt Magnus. Overall, I think Leman would be able to outlast Jaghatai due to Leman having tanked many blows that other Primarchs would be hindered by. Russ also did almost kill Horus but chose not to.

GW has this problem where they hype up a character through lore and then they never let that character win fights angron is supposed to be a super powerful demon but he has won like 2 fights since the Horus heresy

Yeah, every one of those “loses” IS intentional. Russ’s fight against Angron, they spelled it out that Russ was letting his brother push him in order to ensnare his legion. With the Lion, the Lion won because Russ stopped fighting and started laughing at the absurdity of Space Marines fighting Space Marines. And Horus, if it wasn’t for Russ pulling back and stopping the “killing” blow, Russ would ended Horus! His own sorrow saved Horus. Context is everything. So what are you talking about? Down playing Russ when it is stated more than once in multiple books that Russ’s secondary point of existence IS to bring his bothers to heal or end if needed. The Khan would fair no better against Russ than Magnus did.
