It’s a quick 30-minute session that has almost the same intensity as 1hour classes into half the time.  Perfect when I want to get in and out due to my crazy school/work schedule but still leave me drenched 🥵 and challenged for sure! Regymen has 3 class styles: BURN, BUILD, BOX, & BURN is the most popular where you rotate through all three weight rooms, hit the treadmills, and mix in strength work.  All instructor based btw. So it’s like being in a group training but with your own personal trainer 🔥 BUILD is slower paced and focused on strength training with barbells and heavier lifts.  BLAST is fast, powerful, intense, and straight to the point…you alternate treadmill rounds with 2-3 weighted moves like kettlebells, slam balls, or dumbbells each round.  The goal is to get through as many rounds as possible in 30min! The treadmill intervals start short with a higher incline then get a little longer and more steady as you go. I love it because it keeps me accountable with cardio (my least favorite thing to do alone). The vibes are unmatched here with the dark training room, neon lights, loud music, and amazing coaches!
