I discovered this because the feeling of the cold fluid just made me so sick that I put it next to my body until it warms up. Also, the worst place to inject it for nausea is in your stomach. I find if I inject it in my arm I get a lot less nausea.

Do people actually take it straight from the fridge? I have used auto injected medication for years (Rebif for MS) and I would NEVERRRR. I always use a timer for my glp1 shot and don't struggle with nausea

I usually take mine out for an hour before and eat while I’m waiting the hour. It helped tremendously! Hope it gets better for you and everyone on it

I think you’re actually supposed to take it out and leave it to get room temperature. It says it on the instructions to leave it out for a bit. I’ve been taking zepbound and that’s exactly how I do when I leave it out for at least like 15 min
