@little_northerners: Millenium Walkway | A walk that's ends with a pub ! 🍻🍴 Looking for inspiration for your next family walk ? You have to visit the Millennium Walkway in New Mills. The added bonus is that it's located next to a wonderful park and a train station and there’s a pub too ! @torrvaletap @torrvalemillhighpeak We've been coming since the kids were little & it's great. We parked a short walk away outside High Lea Park. They have a zip line & forest area to explore. It's close by to some lovely cafés and you can make this walk longer if you wish. Rock mill centre' is at the top of the steps with a lovely little cafe & an interactive guide showing you the history of the area. There’s a little cave to explore, too! It is very hilly at parts, so please plan ahead if bringing prams or baby carriers. 🚆 Located next to New Mills train station. with direct trains from Piccadily.
